• We provide no guarantees regarding the future performance, value, or legality of tokens created.

3. User Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for any tokens you create and their use.
• You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, including scams, fraud, money laundering, or prohibited financial activities.
• You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are irreversible and mistakes cannot be undone.

4. Fees

• A service fee (e.g., 0.1 SOL) may be charged for token creation.
• All blockchain transaction fees are paid by the user and are non-refundable.

5. No Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, security, or bug-free functionality.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of the Service. This includes losses of funds, reputational harm, or regulatory actions.

7. Risks

You acknowledge the risks of using blockchain technology, including volatility, exploits, smart contract bugs, and regulatory changes. You use the Service at your own risk.
